Versioning
Insurance policies usually last for 1 year but different policies for the same subject are grouped together and treated as different versions of the same contract (even though they might have been signed by different insurance companies).
File Attachments
Original papers are scanned and attached as files, then a summary record with the most important parameters of the insurance is stored in the ERP.
